Four levels of permission are available on quickbooks customer care
Attached Documents and these are:
• Administrator- The admin of the company can perform each and every function of QuickBooks and can also manage the function of other users too.
• Full Access- The accounts which are granted with full access feature can manage the account of company admin but not that of other users.
• View Only- The view only account have the access to view the attachment but they cannot add any new attachment or modify any attachment.
• Custom Access- Control access alongside 8 functional areas.
